New COVID-19 Guidelines for Dental Appointments at Petoskey Dental Assocates

Our office is re-opening Monday, June 1 and we will be implementing new procedures to keep our patients safe.

You will see some changes when it is time for your next appointment. We made these changes to help protect our patients and staff.

  • When you arrive to your appointment- we ask that you CALL THE OFFICE before entering the building and we will call you back when we are ready for you.
  • A series of screening questions will be asked upon your arrival.
  • Your temperature will be taken at the front door to the office. We ask that if you have a fever over 100.4 degrees that you post-pone any appointments.
  • We have hand sanitizer that we will ask you to use when you enter the office. You will also find some in the reception area and other places in the office for you to use as needed.
  • Our waiting room will no longer offer magazines because those items are difficult to clean and disinfect.
  • Appointments will be scheduled to allow for social distancing between patients.
  • We will do our best to allow greater time between patients to reduce waiting times for you, as well as to reduce the number of patients in the office at any one time.
  • We kindly ask that you wear a face covering to your appointment. If you don’t have one, please ask and one will be provided for you.
